Show the American public video of soldiers urinating on dead Afghan bodies. Showing pictures of American soldiers torturing Iraqi prisoners also compels the American public to hold the military in contempt, at least temporarily. Of course if a solider leaks video of American soliders joyously killing reporters and Iraqi civilians in Baghdad among other war crimes in hopes that the American public will see the truth of the war, the American public will be ashamed of that solider.
The lesson to be learned-The American public has no qualms against the U.S. military killing brown people in foreign countries. The American public has no qualms against these murders being videotaped. However, if U.S. soldiers dare videotape the desecration of dead Afghan bodies or take humiliating pictures of tortured Iraqis or leak video of U.S. soldiers killing brown people in foreign countries, the American public will condemn such actions as "disgusting", "highly reprehensible", and "traitorous".
You are wrong, sir. The American public is sick of the US military killing people in far off nations. Calls to DC do no good. Politicians cannot stand to appear weak when it comes to the military, so more wars and killings we have. Until we clean house in DC and elect people that vow to change the practice of
un-ending wars, nothing will change.

'Hearing, they do not hear and seeing, they do not see.' 'If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the ditch.' What should we expect? As a people, we have lost our way, turned our backs on our past and rejected the values we once held dear as Americans. Sadly, the actions of these solders only reflect the cultural/moral/ethical decay that is now Amerika!
