I just went to visit my friend Denise Canter who owns Smokey Joe's BBQ here in Lexington Park and happened to catch her preparing tonight's main course for the dinner crowd -- Bud Lime Beer Can Chicken seasoned with T-Rev's Stiff Willi Chili Spice Mix.
Smokey Joe's carries my spice mix on the shelf, but you know they like it when they use it in their own kitchen too. Here are some quick phone pics of the menu as well as the chef in action:
