Here are two recipes courtesy of Jason Rearick, who demonstrates the versatility of T-Rev's Stiff Willi Chili Spice Mix. Note that in order to make the beef jerky you'll need a food dehydrator, but if you buy a lot of jerky it will pay for itself in no time if you start making it at home.
Thanks to Jason for sending. I'm always interested to find out how my customers are using my spice mix at home, so remember to email your recipes if you want to share the love with other cooks.

JERKI MI WILLI
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb. of ground lean meat or venison
1 1/2 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. T-REV'S STIFF WILLI CHILI Spice Mix
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. of your favorite hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
Thaw ground meat. Mix all spices and liquid well into ground meat. Wrap and refrigerate meat for 12-24 hours.
Flatten meat between two pieces of wrapping paper with a rolling pin to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into strips and load in to dehydrator. (Dehydrate time is dependent upon your dehydrator's temperature and the humidity. Mine is set at 155 degrees F and it takes about 2 1/2 hours.)
