That was the time on the clock in the third period last night when Ryan Miller made a beautiful over-the-shoulder snag of a Ranger wrist shot from the high slot.
Left is right. Up is down. Cats play with dogs.
For the record, I remember bitching during the '06-'07 season -- during a game against the Atlanta Thrashers (and perhaps the very one in which Mike Ryan put the puck in his own net) -- that Miller had a terrible glove hand, especially over his shoulder. I don't remember who scored but it was nevertheless a weakness that could be identified all the way back then.
Miller's save last night was sick -- it may have been lucky because he seemed to duck and close his eyes but sick nonetheless -- so hopefully that will pay dividends toward increasing his trade value. Of course with my luck, that would mean Buffalo would just want to keep him.
